AND shareholders approve appointment of new commissioner
Rotterdam, December 22, 2004 - During the Special General Meeting of Shareholders, the shareholders in attendance approved the appointment of Mr ir. M.C. (Michiel) Westermann, MBA, as third commissioner.
The board also informed the shareholders of the current state of affairs, the main points of which are included in the press release published yesterday prior to the opening of the exchange. As is apparent from these developments, AND has become a player in the rapidly growing market for vehicle navigation by entering into an agreement with Siemens VDO Trading GmbH. The Board also expects to enter the personal navigation sector in the near future by means of an agreement with one or more players in this market.
